ANSWER: Standard delivery usually arrives in 6–9 business days (transit time). Expedited/Express service to Alaska & Hawaii may incur additional charges. Total time = processing (below) + transit.
ANSWER: Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days when fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, or within 5 business days when fulfilled from our China warehouse (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
ANSWER: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international orders or the five U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), please email support@electricpets.co for a quote.
ANSWER: You’ll receive an "Order Confirmation" email after purchase and a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Track on the carrier’s website using that number.
ANSWER: Contact support@electricpets.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled. Shipping costs are non-refundable after dispatch.
